Sylvia Kang’ethe is a Partner at the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) degree from University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She is also a certified Public Accountant.

- Provision of legal advisory services to Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC), which provides long term funding to primary mortgage lenders (Banks, Microfinance Banks & Saccos) for onward lending to individuals seeking to acquire affordable homes in the government agenda for Affordable Housing, whose worth was USD$350,000,000.
- Provision of legal services in the establishment and listing of the first Income Real Estate Development Trust in Kenya (the Stanlib Fahari I-REIT – now ILAM Fahari I-REIT) and the first Development & Construction Real Estate Development Trust in Kenya (the Fusion Real Estate Development Trust).
