Experience
- Conducting data protection audits and supporting Clients to be compliant with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
- Conducting legal due diligence on companies (listed and otherwise) to advise on legal and regulatory compliance.
- Advising various clients on employment matters, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and human resource manuals.
- Drafting and review of Board Charters and Terms of Reference for Board Committees, and drafting Directors’ Service Contracts.
- Company Secretarial support.
- Perfection of securities in favor of licensed commercial banks, including advising the relevant banks and borrowers on the legal implications of creating securities; undertaking legal due diligence by conducting investigations on the title; advising on the requirements under the New Land Laws and the Constitutional obligations of the parties.
