June Njoroge is a Partner at the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) degree from Makerere University Uganda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She also holds a certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She is the Partner in charge of Legal assistants.

- Provision of legal services in a transaction involving issue of banking facilities secured by a fixed and floating debenture over all assets of a company in Kenya with the value of the transaction being approximately USD 500,000.
