She is a trained Certified Secretary and is a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries. She is also a trained Arbitrator and is undertaking various training by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is currently an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

- Successfully represented an investment company in an employment claim lodged against it by a former employee who worked in its subsidiary in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Part of the team that successfully represented our client in its claim against the Ministry of Health in Kenya in arbitration.
- Successfully represented a Fund Manager in 3 claims against them in arbitration and court relating to various investments made by them.
- Part of the team that reviewed and drafted the Capital Markets regulations on public offers and listing in 2022
- Successfully led a team in a legal audit on a group of companies in the insurance and fund management business
- Successfully represented minority shareholders in a purchase of shares under extraneous circumstances where the majority shareholder failed to follow proper procedures under the law and the company’s articles of association
- Provides company secretarial services to various clients which includes attending Board meetings and taking minutes, preparing Board and Shareholder resolutions, filing relevant changes with the relevant authorities, and advising clients on corporate governance matters
