Gladys Mboya is the Managing Partner of the firm. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 1992. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the University of Warwick (UK). She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth (UK) and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Additionally, she has attained certification in Aviation Finance from the Euro Money Legal Training School (UK) and certification in Micro-finance as a tool of poverty alleviation, from International Development Law Organisation in Rome, Italy.She is a certified Governance Auditor and a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.
