- Advising a Dutch based company in a debt restructuring whose subject matter is over EUR 796,494.00
- Successfully represented a Licensed Fund Manager in 3 different claims amounting to over KES 400,000,000 inclusive of interest in respect of investments made in bonds issued by two banks that subsequently collapsed.
- Currently representing 3 clients in a dispute with a top commercial bank regarding the realization of third-party charges and guarantees. The value of the subject matter is over KES 700,000,000.
- Currently acting for an information systems consultancy company in a dispute over shareholding.
- Currently representing various employers in employment disputes including redundancies, terminations, summary dismissals and constructive dismissals.
