June Njoroge is a Partner at the Firm.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) degree from Makerere University Uganda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She also holds a certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She is the Partner in charge of Legal assistants.

  • Provision of legal services in the grant of banking facilities to a public company which is listed in the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) and is a leading publishing company, with the value of the transaction being USD $ 5,080,000.
  • Provision of legal services in a transaction involving issue of banking facilities secured by a fixed and floating debenture over all assets of a company in Kenya with the value of the transaction being approximately USD 500,000.
  • Provision of legal services in in the provision of banking facilities to the Borrower, who is a leading private company providing financial services in Kenya, with the value of the transaction being USD. 1,268,428.
  • Provision of legal services to a leading local developer in the sale of seventy (70) quarter (1/4) acre serviced plots in the leafy Tigoni area of Kiambu County, with the value of the transaction being USD $ 8,400,000.
  • Provision of legal services to a local developer in the development and sale of multi-dwelling residential units within the suburb of Kileleshwa, Nairobi, worth USD $ 9,200,000.
  • Provision of legal services to Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC), which provides long term funding to primary mortgage lenders (Banks, Microfinance Banks & Saccos) for onward lending to individuals seeking to acquire affordable homes in the government agenda for Affordable Housing, whose worth was USD$350,000,000.
